CAC Specialty hires global energy group from Beecher Carlson

CAC Specialty has hired 14 former Beecher Carlson Insurance Services LLC employees who were with its global energy practice, the broker said Tuesday.

The new hires are:

-Andrea Ash, Eugene, Oregon-based executive vice president, head of operations at CAC’s natural resources division, formerly chief operating officer of Beecher Carlson’s global energy practice.

-Geraldine Kerrigan, Boston-based executive vice president, head of service for power and renewables within the natural resources division, formerly executive managing director of Beecher Carlson’s global energy practice.

-Michael Newman, Atlanta-based executive vice president for power and renewables, who was managing director of Beecher Carlson’s global energy practice.

-Susan Garrard, Boston-based executive vice president for power and renewables, formerly managing director of Beecher Carlson’s global energy practice.

-Marc Toy, Eugene-based executive vice president for power and renewals, formerly senior vice president of Beecher Carlson’s global energy practice.

-Jeff Rhoades, Portland, Oregon-based senior vice president for power and renewables, previously senior vice president of Beecher Carlson’s global energy practice.

-Bob Carleton, St. Louis-based vice president and senior account executive for power and renewables, formerly vice president of Beecher Carlson’s global energy practice.

-Amanda Lania, Boston-based senior vice president and senior account executive for power and renewables, formerly vice president of Beecher Carlson’s global energy practice.

-Cody Thompson, Boston-based vice president and account executive for power and renewables, formerly account executive with Beecher Carlson’s global energy practice.

-Courtney Cassidy, Boston-based assistant vice president and senior account manager for power and renewables, formerly account manager with Beecher Carlson’s global energy practice. 

-Justin McMahon, St. Louis-based senior account manager for power and renewables, formerly account manager for Beecher Carlson’s global energy practice.

-Max Boggini, Boston-based account manager for power and renewables, formerly broker and account manager for Beecher Carlson’s global energy practice.

-Lauren Carroll-Allan, Portland-based product development associate with the natural resources team, formerly product development associate for Beecher Carlson’s global energy practice.

-Sue Danz, Eugene-based director of administration for the natural resources division, formerly assistant account manager of Beecher Carlson’s global energy practice.

CAC said earlier this month it had hired Erin Lynch as president of its natural resources division and co-leader of power, utility and renewables. Ms. Lynch, who is based in Eugene, previously led Beecher Carlson’s global energy practice.

It said separately it had named Sara Kane, formerly managing director of Beecher Carlson’s global energy sector, co-leader of power, utility and renewables at CAC. She is based in New York.
