CAC Specialty names M&A executive

CAC Specialty named Ed Krayer to the newly created position of senior vice president in CAC Specialty’s M&A Solutions team, the broker said in a statement Thursday.
Mr. Krayer will be based in Boston and report to David Payne, chief revenue officer, in CAC’s Denver office, according to an email from a spokeswoman.
He was most recently a director at Willis Towers Watson PLC and has focused on insurance for private equity firms and their portfolio companies, as well as for companies in the life sciences, technology and financial institutions sectors, the statement said.
CAC Specialty has recruited various teams and individuals from rivals since its launch last year.
