UK holiday resort chain sues Aviva over flood damage

U.K.-based holiday resort chain Butlins Skyline Ltd. has filed a legal claim in the London High Court against a group of insurers, led by Aviva plc, over cover for damage caused by flooding at its site in the West Country that resulted in a bill of £60 million ($75.2 million), Yahoo Finance reported. The insurers said the damage fell within the category of a “storm,” meaning they would only cover £25 million worth of damage.
