Molina Healthcare Inc. plans to continue its growth strategy through mergers and acquisitions, according to CEO Joseph Zubretsky, Becker’s Payer Issues reports. The insurance company has completed eight transactions worth $11 billion in revenue over the past four years, including the acquisition of Bright Health's Medicare Advantage business for $500 million. Molina reported a net income of $301 million in Q1 2024.
