BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

UnitedHealth fixes Change Healthcare's medical claims processing glitch

UnitedHealth Group Inc. has addressed a glitch that disrupted the processing of medical claims for some clients of its Change Healthcare technology unit, Reuters. The issue, which has since been resolved, was managed by Optum, with ongoing monitoring to ensure system functionality. Although the scope of the incident remains unclear, Optum's spokesperson indicated it may have impacted only a limited number of customers.
