A new report from the Partnership for America's Health Care Future, a group opposing Medicare for All, suggests states should focus on reinsurance programs rather than public option plans, Fierce Healthcare reports. The study, authored by policy experts from Stanford University's Hoover Institution, argues that public option plans fail to curb premium spending and meet reimbursement rate targets.
