Nevada state employees and retirees may face health insurance rate increases of 15% to over 50% in 2024, according to Public Employees’ Benefits Program board meeting documents, The Nevada Independent reports. The hikes are due to state subsidies for health insurance being lower than budgeted due to decreased enrollment and the program receiving less administrative funding than requested.
