Humana Inc. is seeking to dismiss a class action lawsuit that alleges the insurer wrongfully denied Medicare Advantage beneficiaries care using an AI algorithm, Becker’s Payer Issues reports. The lawsuit, filed by two Humana Medicare Advantage beneficiaries, claims that the company used the nH Predict tool to deny post-acute care coverage.
