U.K.-based insurer and reinsurer Brit Ltd. has launched a new consortium, dubbed Brit Cyber First50, with the aim of increasing the efficiency of cyber placement for large institutional clients who generate of at least $10 billion in annual revenues, Verdict reported. This is the first Primary Brit-led and managed Lloyd’s Consortium. The initiative is timely as companies are increasingly looking to secure higher limits of cyber insurance due to the increasing scale of cyber losses.
