Amwins adds former Hiscox exec as head of claims

Amwins said Tuesday it has hired Jason Kunert, formerly with Hiscox USA, as head of claims.
In the newly created role, Mr. Kunert will lead efforts to build and manage Amwins’ claims infrastructure to support its business.
Mr. Kunert, who is based in Mesa, Arizona, most recently led the group handling general liability, allied health and entertainment claims at Hiscox USA. Prior to that he led casualty claims teams at RLI Corp. and Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co.
