To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Two former employees have sued UnitedHealth Group Inc. and subsidiary Optum Inc., alleging violations of state and federal employee notification laws during mass layoffs earlier this year, reports Becker’s Payer Issues. The plaintiffs claim that UnitedHealth breached the federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act by laying off more than 1,000 employees without appropriate notice, with 700 of those in California.
