BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Health insurers serving the Buffalo, New York, region are asking the state for double-digit increases in 2024 premiums for small group and individual health insurance plans, The Buffalo News reports. Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield is requesting an average increase of 22.6% for individuals and 22% for small groups. Independent Health is requesting an average rate increase of 39.2% in the individual market and 16.8% for small groups. Excellus Health Plan filed for an average increase of 15.2% in the individual market and 12.6% for small group.
