To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

Talanx to buy Liberty Seguros business in Latin America

German insurer Talanx AG has signed a deal to purchase the personal and small commercial business of Liberty Seguros SA in Chile, Brazil, Ecuador, and Colombia for an expected price of about $1.48 billion, Nasdaq reported citing RTTNews. The transaction, which includes Liberty Specialty Markets direct insurance business in Brazil, Chile, and Colombia, is likely to close in the first half of 2024.
