BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

D.C. exchange exec says human error to blame for breach of user data

A top administrator with Washington, D.C.’s health insurance exchange apologized to House members on April 19 for the data breach that resulted in the disclosure of personal information of thousands of users, including members of Congress, the Associated Press reports. The leak was the result of human error, Mila Kofman, executive director of the District of Columbia Health Benefit Exchange Authority, told a joint session of two House Oversight subcommittees.
