BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

A federal judge in Washington state in December denied a motion from Milliman Inc. to dismiss breach of fiduciary duty claims brought by a participant in the company’s 401(k) retirement plan, reports Plansponsor. The court order allows the plaintiff’s Employee Retirement Income Security Act claims to proceed, including allegations of Milliman’s mismanagement of investments in its employer-provided 401(k) plan.
