Milliman motion to dismiss re-submitted 401(k) lawsuit is denied

A federal judge in Washington state in December denied a motion from Milliman Inc. to dismiss breach of fiduciary duty claims brought by a participant in the company’s 401(k) retirement plan, reports Plansponsor.
