BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Satisfaction with pharmacy benefit managers is on the decline, particularly among health plans, a new survey shows, Fierce Healthcare reports. Pharmaceutical Strategies Group, a consulting firm, surveyed 236 benefits leaders who represented plan sponsors totaling 76 million lives in May and June of this year. Respondents were asked to rate satisfaction on a 10-point scale, with overall satisfaction with PBMs earning a 7.8 score, down from an 8.2 in 2021.
