BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Based on a review of telehealth data from the past two years, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina is launching an expanded telehealth policy that will cover virtual care services for behavioral health, primary care, and outpatient visits for certain plan members, mHealth Intelligence reports. In March 2020, Blue Cross NC implemented parity coverage, providing the same reimbursement for in-person and virtual care.
