BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Emergency room staffing company TeamHealth filed suit in federal court on July 13 alleging that UnitedHealthcare Inc. wrongly denied and underpaid for services its ER physicians provided to patients in Nevada, reports Healthcare Dive. Fremont Emergency Services, a TeamHealth subsidiary, alleges that UnitedHealthcare did not pay the Fremont physicians after treating an infant with a traumatic brain injury and a child with a ruptured appendix. UnitedHealthcare filed its own suit against TeamHealth last year in federal court, alleging that the physician group routinely upcodes, or submits claims with higher codes than the care that was provided, the report says.
