BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

David Provost, deputy commissioner of captive insurance with the Vermont Department of Financial Regulation in Montpelier since 2008, will retire at the end of the summer.
An announcement of a new appointment to the deputy commissioner position will be made in the coming weeks, the state’s Agency of Commerce and Community Development said in a statement Wednesday.
Mr. Provost joined Vermont’s then Department of Banking, Insurance, Securities and Health Care Administration in 2001 and has over 30 years of experience in the captive sector. He has licensed over 400 captive insurance companies in his time as deputy commissioner.
Mr. Provost received the Distinguished Service Award from the Captive Insurance Companies Association earlier this year.
