Analysts at Goldman Sachs Group Inc. expect reinsurance rates to increase faster than primary insurance rates in 2022 and 2023, driven by increased demand amid growing risk from climate change-related events, Artemis reported. Price hikes are also expected to be driven by inflation, near-term weather risks and loss trends, and social inflation.
