Walnut Creek, California-based Paradigm Corp. announced it has acquired HomeCare Connect, a specialty network focused on home health, durable medical equipment and related services, with specific expertise in serving catastrophic and complex cases.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Paradigm said in a statement that the acquisition will broaden its specialty network and clinical services and extend its care management model into home care.
In addition to its core home care and durable medical equipment services, Winter Park, Florida-based HomeCare Connect offers post-acute care, home modifications, prosthetics and IV therapy.
