McGill and Partners hires former Aon managing director

Specialty brokerage McGill and Partners has recruited Ken Lorber, former managing director at Aon PLC, as partner specializing in portfolio solutions in the U.S.
Mr. Lorber, who is based in San Francisco, will structure bespoke insurance and reinsurance coverages for clients, McGill said in a statement Wednesday.
Mr. Lorber started his career at Aon Risk Solutions before joining Aon Reinsurance Solutions in 2014 where he structured treaties for global and regional insurers.
Mr. Lorber was named a Business Insurance 2020 Break Out Award winner.
