BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Tokio Marine to merge Thai units

Japan-based insurer Tokio Marine Holdings Inc. is setting up a new company – Tokio Marine Safety Insurance (Thailand) PLC – after merging its two units in Thailand, The Nation reported. The insurer is merging the operations of Tokio Marine Insurance (Thailand) P.L.C. and Thailand-based Safety Insurance PLC. Tokio Marine had acquired Safety Insurance's Thai and Indonesian businesses in 2018.
