BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Models: COVID deaths to surge before Omicron wave subsides

Modelers are forecasting that 50,000 to 300,000 more Americans could die by the time the latest COVID-19 wave subsides in mid-March, the Baltimore Sun reports. The seven-day rolling average for daily new COVID-19 deaths in the United States has been trending upward since mid-November, reaching nearly 1,700 on Jan. 17 – still below the peak of 3,300 in January 2021.
