BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Cigna offers employees $200 vaccine incentive

Cigna Corp. employees enrolled in the Bloomington, Connecticut-based health insurer’s medical plan will be eligible for a $200 award for receiving COVID-19 vaccine shots, Becker’s Hospital Review reported. The insurer is also extending the deadline for the use of up to 10 days of emergency paid time off through the end of the year.
