To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Electricity firm not liable for flood damage at university: Irish court

Ireland's Court of Appeal ruled that the country's Electricity Supply Board has no liability for flood damage to the University College Cork's buildings caused by water released from two hydro-electric dams in 2009, Irish Examiner reported. The judgment overturned a High Court finding that as a dam operator the ESB was 60% liable for the damage to UCC's properties. In a subrogated claim brought on behalf of its insurer U.K.-based Aviva P.L.C., the UCC claimed that the floods damaged 29 buildings on its campus. Aviva sought €20 million ($24.5 million) in compensation for losses at UCC and €14 million for losses suffered by other property owners.
