BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.
Australian electricity infrastructure firm Endeavour Energy has been sued for $200 million Australian ($142 million) by residents in New South Wales over the 2013 Blue Mountains bushfires, reported ABC Online.
About 700 property owners have filed a class action lawsuit against Endeavour Energy. Barrister Tim Tobin has said the plaintiffs allege that a tree on Links View Road, Springwood fell on an adjacent power pole owned by Endeavour Energy. "When a tree fell on to a power line, this developed into a large bushfire," Mr. Tobin said.
