Japan: Radioactive water leaks onto workers at Fukushima plant

Six workers at the Fukushima nuclear plant in Japan were exposed to radioactive water after a pipe connecting to one of the plant's water treatment system was removed, Tokyo Electric Power Co. Inc. has said.

The Japanese nuclear watchdog's chairman Shunichi Tanaka said while the matter "was another problem caused by carelessness", it is unlikely to be a "seriously troubling dosage."
