BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

A bill was introduced in the New Hampshire state Senate last Wednesday seeking workers compensation cover for state troopers with post-traumatic stress disorder.

S.B. 377 expands the presumption of acute stress disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder, creating a rebuttable presumption that an injury that occurs while a state trooper is operating a state police vehicle in the performance of their official duties is occupationally caused.

The bipartisan bill was introduced on Feb. 16 and Judiciary Committee report was filed Thursday.
