Lockton snags M&A insurance trio from Aon

Lockton Cos. LLC has hired three transaction liability brokers from rival Aon PLC, the brokerage announced on Wednesday.
Joshua Halpern and Eric Ziff in New York and Gaurav Sud in San Francisco previously worked as senior managing directors at Aon.
The three executives will be partners and co-practice leaders for transaction liability at Lockton.
The hires will bolster Lockton’s capabilities in “representations and warranties insurance, tax liability insurance, and other contingent liability insurance solutions,” the brokerage said in a statement.
