W.R. Berkley Corp. named Robert Standen executive vice president, the insurer announced Tuesday in a statement.
Mr. Standen, who will be based in Greenwich, Connecticut, will have oversight responsibility for some of the company’s operating units in this newly created position. He previously served as president of Key Risk Management Services LLC, a Berkley company, which provides workers compensation services for self-insured group funds and municipalities.
Scott Holbrook will be replacing Mr. Standen as president of Key Risk. He previously worked at Chubb Ltd. and will be based in Greensboro, North Carolina.
W.R. Berkley Corp. said Monday it has named Daniel R. Spragg president of Berkley Select, its professional liability unit.
