Sompo International Holdings Ltd. said Tuesday it is partnering with two vendors to offer eligible cyber policyholders in the United States complimentary cyber risk management services for email security protection.
The Pembroke, Bermuda-based specialty insurer said its policyholders will have access to cyber consultants from Birmingham, Alabama-based SecIT360, who will perform customized reviews of current email security configurations and protocols, which will help them manage their risk against cyber criminals and their top method of attack.
Sompo is also working with McLean, Virginia-based cyber risk management firm The Crypsis Group.
Japanese insurer Sompo Holdings Inc. has partnered with two Israeli cyber startups – one that deals with cyber security management and another that focuses on cyber intelligence, Haaretz reported. The two will work with a business division Sompo launched last year to provide cyber services to Japanese companies. Much of the unit’s operations will be based on partnerships with Israeli cyber companies, it said.
