H.W. Kaufman Financial Group Inc. has hired Denis Brady to serve as president of wholesale brokerage Burns & Wilcox Brokerage.
Based in San Francisco, Mr. Brady will be in charge of building upon the Chicago-based broker’s existing team with his industry expertise, Kaufman Financial said in a statement. The broker, which currently specializes in providing independent agents with specialized expertise on large and complex risks, will offer additional products and services to create risk solutions for retail brokers and agents who manage a wide range for clients, according to the statement.
Mr. Brady joins Burns & Wilcox Brokerage from wholesale brokerage R-T Specialty L.L.C., where he served as president of its San Francisco operations. Previously, he was the president of American E&S Insurance Brokers.
“We recognize a strategic growth opportunity in expanding the Kaufman Financial Group’s existing brokerage capabilities.
