Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed Senate Bill 892, reforming the state's dental insurance claims process, by prohibiting insurers from limiting dental claim payments to credit cards and mandating disclosure of fees associated with electronic funds transfers to dentists, The Capitolist reports. Additionally, insurers are restricted from denying payment for pre-authorized procedures, except under specific conditions.
