To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Ecuador declares energy emergency amid severe drought

Ecuador’s government has declared an energy emergency amid a severe drought fueled by El Nino that has forced Colombia to cut the export of electricity to the country, Al Jazeera reported. The drought has sent water levels tumbling, including in reservoirs used for electricity. Andrea Arrobo Pena, Ecuador’s Minister of Energy and Mines, has announced that there would be power outages and rationing to help address the energy shortages.
