Aon names Midwest leadership

Aon PLC Thursday named Lynn Jekkals head of its newly created Midwest region.
In addition, the brokerage named Chris Rafferty its Chicago market leader and Steve Carleton Midwest sales leader.
Grand Rapids, Michigan-based Ms. Jekkals, who joined Aon in 1991, most recently led the brokerage’s central region. She will report to Jennifer Bell, North America CEO.
Chicago-based Mr. Rafferty, who joined the company in 2007, most recently was intellectual property broking leader for Aon.
Mr. Carleton, who is also based in Chicago, joined Aon in 2011 and most recently was regional sales leader for greater Chicago.
Mr. Rafferty and Mr. Carleton will report to Ms. Jekkals.
