BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

General insurance premiums up over 14% in India

Data from the General Insurance Council of India showed that local general insurers’ collective gross written premium increased by over 14% year-on-year to 2.4 trillion Indian rupees ($29 billion) in the fiscal year ended March 31, Business Standard reported. New India Assurance Co. Ltd. reported a more than 7% year-on-year growth in premium to INR370.3 billion.
