Alliant hires former Marsh McLennan Agency exec

Alliant Insurance Services Inc. Wednesday named former Marsh McLennan Agency executive April Files senior vice president in Alliant’s Americas division.
Based in Houston, she will service policyholders in the Southwest region and nationally, Alliant said in a statement. She reports to Bob Bennetsen, executive vice president and senior managing director, Alliant Americas, according to an email from a spokeswoman.
Ms. Files was most recently senior director commercial lines and sales producer for Marsh McLennan Agency, the small and midsized brokerage unit of Marsh LLC.
