To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

UnitedHealth Group Inc. suspects a nation-state is behind a cyberattack on its subsidiary, Change Healthcare, which has disrupted its applications and affected prescription processing across the United States, Healthcare Dive reports. The American Hospital Association has urged hospitals to disconnect from Optum, the UnitedHealth division that includes Change.
