Galway revamps executive leadership

Galway Holdings LP, the holding company for retail brokerage EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants and wholesaler and managing general agent JenCap Holdings LLC, Thursday restructured its executive leadership positions.
Steve Denton, who was previously CEO of EPIC, was named CEO of Galway Retail Services, and John Jennings, who was CEO of JenCap, was named CEO of Galway Specialty Markets.
John Hahn, previously executive chairman of private-equity-backed Galway, will be chairman of the company.
The company does not plan to fill the previous CEO roles.
“While the titles are being eliminated, they will still be operational in key strategic areas with the businesses, and we are not seeking others to take on those titles at this time,” a Galway spokesman said.
Galway was created in 2020 to house EPIC and JenCap. Harvest Capital Partners LP took a majority stake in the company later that year.
