Kenya Airways suffers major ransomware attack

Flag carrier Kenya Airways Ltd. suffered a major ransomware attack on Dec. 30, 2023, that saw confidential company information leaked on the web, Benjamin Dada reported. Hacking group Ransomexx recently leaked some data samples stolen during the attack. The compromised data includes details about airline’s past passengers and investigative activities, in addition to death records, accident reports, passport applications, and plans for the carrier.
