Aon names greater New York region leader

Aon PLC Friday named Christine Williams as greater New York region leader.
Ms. Williams will be responsible for working across the broker’s risk and human capital and client segments in the region, the broker said in a statement.
She will continue as the New York office leader and report to North America CEO Jennifer Bell.
Ms. Williams was most recently global specialty product leader and global CEO for financial lines and professional services. She joined Aon in 2002 as a managing director of the financial services group in New York.
Ms. Williams succeeds LeAnne McCorry, who was appointed head of enterprise clients, North America.
