Despite the popularity of weight loss drugs like Ozempic, few product liability lawsuits have been filed over alleged serious side effects, Reuters reports. However, one law firm claims to have more than 13,000 clients, suggesting litigation may soon surge. Lawsuits assert the drugs caused severe, extended vomiting and hospitalization, with one plaintiff claiming tooth loss.
