BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Holmes Murphy & Associates on Thursday named former Ryan Specialty executive Tim Anders as president of programs.
Mr. Anders will formalize existing programs and generate new opportunities for the broker’s managing general agent practice, Holmes Murphy said in a statement.
In this newly created role, Mr. Anders will be based in Waukee, Iowa, and report to Tom Stewart, president of Holmes Murphy’s PLUS division, according to an email from a spokeswoman.
He was most recently executive vice president, national specialty programs for Ryan Specialty.
Dan Keough, Holmes Murphy chairman & CEO, said in the statement the deal allows the broker to expand more formally into the growing MGA space. The official name of the MGA practice will be launched in the coming months, the statement said.
Waukee-based Holmes Murphy is the 34th-largest broker of U.S. business, according to the most recent Business Insurance rankings.
