BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

A Florida fireworks company has formally contested workplace safety citations issued last month by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration following a deadly warehouse explosion in December.

Four employees died and a fifth was seriously injured in the explosion at an Orlando warehouse that housed fireworks owned by St. Petersburg-based Magic in the Sky Florida LLC.

OSHA cited the company, which specializes in pyrotechnics for aerial fireworks displays, for failing to protect warehouse workers, issuing a dozen citations for serious violations and proposing $109,375 in penalties.
