BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

A dash of extra fees for iPhone foodies?

In the Android v. iPhone user war, there’s now this: iPhone users are losers when it comes to ordering from the popular meal delivery app DoorDash.

That’s according to a proposed class-action lawsuit filed against DoorDash by an iPhone user in Maryland who claimed he is paying more in delivery fees than Android users — a theory winding its way through TikTok, popular ground for smartphone battling.

In one video with 2.3 million views, a legal analyst with a screen name “Lawyer Angela” showcased screenshots from the complaint, including two Chick-Fil-A orders where an iPhone user was charged $1 more than an Android user.

Commenters were convinced they’d seen the same scenario and deserve compensation in the suit proceeds. “As an avid DoorDash orderer, this means they owe me approximately $1,425,737.56,” one quipped.

A DoorDash spokesperson told reporters the suit is “without merit” and that the company discloses all fees upon ordering.
