BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Liberty Mutual Insurance Group said Wednesday it is introducing Digital Health, which provides primary professional liability, general liability and technology errors and omissions through a single form with the option of including cyber and products liability coverages.

The product, which is intended for telemedicine providers as well as doctors who do video consulting, offers primary limits of $1 million per occurrence/$3 million aggregate and excess limits of up to $5 million, according to Liberty Mutual. It is written on Ironshore Specialty Insurance Co. paper.

It is designed for health care and consultation delivered electronically via video as well as for virtual physical therapy, counseling, staffing and home health care, according to the Boston-based insurer.

“There is a need in the market for a single form that provides a holistic solution to a wider range of coverage needs for health care providers that have some component of telemedicine,” a spokesman said.

Depending on policyholders’ other coverage, this may not be covered under their existing medical malpractice coverage, he said.

Digital Health is available to both wholesale and retail brokers.
