BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Eversource Energy Service Co. and retirement plan plaintiffs have agreed to the terms of a proposed settlement to put to rest a $15-million lawsuit, Plansponsor reports. U.S. District Judge Janet Hall gave preliminary approval on April 14 for the proposed class action settlement and appointed the lead plaintiffs to represent the class. The lawsuit alleged breach of fiduciary duty to participants of the Eversource 401(k) plan under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
