BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

The Kings County, California, Board of Supervisors on April 18 approved the county’s health insurance renewal rate for the next fiscal year at an increase of 2.68%, reports The Sentinel. After the Health Insurance Advisory Committee met and reviewed the county’s health insurance policy it was determined that an increase was needed to follow the trend of a 10% to 12% increase. The county's broker was able to get the percentage down to 2.68%, according to staff.
